Subscription Policy

TaiPace is sold as a recurring subscription. Most plans are offered at a discounted introductory price for the first billing period, after which they renew at the regular price. The exact introductory amount, the regular amount and the renewal interval are always shown on the checkout screen before you pay, and repeated in your receipt.

• 1-Week Trial — an intro week charged today, then renews every 4 weeks at the regular 4-week price
• 4-Week Plan — renews every 4 weeks
• 12-Week Plan — renews every 12 weeks

Promotional codes apply to the first invoice only unless the offer says otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically so your plan does not stop mid-programme. Unless you cancel, we charge the regular price to your saved payment method at the start of each new period, and will keep doing so until you cancel.

You authorise this recurring charge when you complete checkout. The renewal amount and interval are stated on that screen.

Prices are shown with VAT where it applies. The rate is determined by your country of residence and is calculated at checkout, so the total you confirm is the total you are charged.

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason and without a cancellation fee:

Cancellation stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate part-used periods, except where a statutory right or our Money-Back Policy says otherwise.

Cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal date. A renewal already in progress cannot always be stopped.

If a charge fails, we retry it over a short period and email you. Access may be paused until the payment succeeds. If it keeps failing, the subscription is cancelled.

If we change the price of an existing subscription, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies only from the next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Email support@taipace.com from the address on your account. We will confirm in writing. If you ask us to cancel before a renewal and we fail to act in time, we refund that renewal.
