TaiPace

Terms and Conditions of use

Last updated: 5 August 2026

These terms form the contract between you and Andromeda Entertainment, MB (Žygio g. 5, Vilnius, Lithuania) when you use TaiPace. Please read them before subscribing.

1. Who we are

TaiPace is operated by Andromeda Entertainment, MB, legal entity code 308005148, registered at Žygio g. 5, Vilnius, Lithuania. Full identification details are on our Impressum page.

2. What TaiPace is — and is not

TaiPace provides guided Tai Chi walking programmes, follow-along videos, and progress tracking. It is a general fitness and wellness service.

It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or illness, or have a heart, joint or blood-pressure condition. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell. You take part at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. TaiPace is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

4. Your account

An account is created for you when you purchase a plan, using the email address you gave during the quiz. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Accounts are personal. Do not share, resell or transfer access.

5. Prices, payment and renewal

Prices are shown before you pay, including VAT where it applies. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled — the renewal amount and interval are set out on the checkout screen and in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason, counting from the day the contract is concluded.

We do not ask you to waive this right. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email before the 14 days are up — the message below is enough. We refund all payments received within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method you used.

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the TaiPace subscription. Ordered on [date], account email [email], name [name].”

Separately, we offer a voluntary 30-day Money-Back Policy, which lasts longer than the statutory period — see that page for how it works.

7. Acceptable use

  • do not copy, record, redistribute or publish our videos, programmes or other content
  • do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service
  • do not use the service unlawfully, or to harass anyone
  • do not scrape or bulk-extract content

We may suspend or terminate an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these rules. Where we do, we will tell you why, and you keep any refund rights that apply.

8. Intellectual property

All content in TaiPace — videos, programmes, text, design and branding — belongs to us or our licensors. Subscribing gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own training while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.

9. Availability

We aim to keep TaiPace available continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, you may terminate and receive a refund for the unused part of your period.

10. Our liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and under any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. For other damage, our liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical for this type of contract.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, and nothing excludes liability that Lithuanian law does not permit to be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example to reflect changes in the service or the law. For material changes affecting an active subscription we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before they take effect. Continuing to use TaiPace after that means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law and disputes

Lithuanian law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there. Out-of-court options are described on our European Dispute Resolution page.
